Who to contact

GameGlen is operated by BROAD VISION TRADING & CONSULTING CO., LIMITED. For privacy questions or requests about information you have sent us, email info@gameglen.com.

Your game stays in your browser

You can play without an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, or payment information to play.

Glen Balance uses your browser’s local storage to remember the daily date, puzzle identifier, card placements, submission count, feedback, and result. Game progress is not uploaded to a GameGlen database or synced across devices.

Older daily progress is removed when a new daily game is opened. You can remove all saved game progress in your browser’s site-data settings. If storage is blocked or unavailable, the game still works, but progress may not survive a reload.

Hosting and technical information

Delivering a web page requires the hosting provider to process technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, request time, and browser information. Hosting and security services may keep request or security logs under their own settings and retention policies.

When the site is hosted on Vercel, Vercel processes this information to deliver and protect the website. See Vercel’s privacy policy for its practices. We do not promise that hosting requests are anonymous or that providers keep no logs.

No advertising or analytics trackers

This version of GameGlen does not install analytics scripts, advertising scripts, or tracking cookies. Fonts and game artwork are served with the site. We do not sell game progress or send it to an analytics service.

Email you choose to send

If you contact us, your email address, message, and any attachments are processed by the email providers involved and used to respond to your request. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed.

We retain correspondence while it is needed to handle the inquiry and any applicable legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete correspondence associated with your email address; we may need to verify the request.

Sharing your result

The share button copies a short result to your clipboard when you choose it. GameGlen does not post to social accounts or send messages on your behalf. Where you paste the result is up to you.

Children’s information

GameGlen does not request personal information from children through gameplay. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Changes to this policy

If our data practices change, we will update this page and its date. Any future advertising, analytics, or account features will require an updated explanation of the information involved.
